The MR7350 Mesh router is not the first router from Linksys — Linksys Velop and Linksys MR9600 — that supports the latest WiFi 6 technology. However, with this model, the company has expanded its range of WiFi routers, especially mesh WiFi routers.
The MR750 AX1800 Mesh WiFi6 router comes with a broad range of features and specifications. However, it is a dual-band (2.4GHz + 5GHz) router and tops out the maximum speed of up to 1.8 Gbps using both of the bands – since it is an affordable router, we can’t expect more than that. Therefore, it won’t be fair to compare it with the MR9600 router that delivers a maximum speed of up to 6Gbps with a coverage of up to 3,000 square feet.
With the coverage of up to 1700 square feet, the Linksys Max-Stream AX1800 can be used as a mesh node on a mesh network — An WiFi6-based mesh network.
Linksys also claims the router to be backward compatible and supports previous generation WiFi standards’ routers (802.11ac/n/g/b). Furthermore, it also offers compatibility with other Linksys Velop mesh WiFi routers.

On the hardware side, The MR7350 features four Gigabit Ethernet Ports with USB-A port — making the router ideal for use with gaming consoles, smart homes devices, and other wired-enabled gadgets.
Setup & Security, Its App – Linksys App, makes the setup simple and easy. You can access the entire home network from anywhere. The router offers advanced smart security features and packed with automatic software updates, separate Guest Network, and Parental Controls.
